![]() ![]() If I close the program spawned inside the console, all other instances close and I'm again unable to start it. Symptom 2: if I delete the folder ~/.local/share/vlc and start/spawn the program inside the console with the command: vlc-wrapper -vvv the program works and I'm even able to start new instances of it. In the main log I can see the following message: Symptom 1: upon clicking the icon I can briefly see the GUI that then disappears in a flash. ![]() I also installed VLC using the recommended USE flags but I'm unable to get it to work. Recently I have installed Gentoo on my desktop.
